Integrated Education is being continued till date. In the year 2003 Home for the Senior Citizens came in existence. It was started with 11 aged grannies and today 27 senior citizens reside in it. They have all the facilities to live a comfortable life. Again it was started in rented building and shifted to its own building in the year 2007. This home is for male and female both.
Services are free for the beneficiaries. Not even a single penny is being charged from any beneficiary. No discrimination is being made on basis of caste, colour, creed or gender.
OUR OBJECTIVE
1. To look after the welfare of handicapped generally and without prejudice to the generality of the said premises.
2. To take steps to educate the handicapped.
3. To take such steps as may be necessary for the prevention and cure of preventable and curable disability.
4. To open Institutions and Home for the Rehabilitation, Education, Aftercare and Welfare of the handicap or to set up workshops for the employment of the handicapped.
5. To advance the cause of the provision of equal opportunities for the handicapped in all works of life.
6. To promote, initiate and advance measures whether medical, educational, legislative or otherwise for eliminating causes of disability and for helping the handicapped.
7. To take all necessary steps to organise and maintain employment agencies for getting the handicapped employed in trades, professions and occupations.
8. To start or assist educational or vocational institutions for the handicapped and also workshops, industries and establishment for the training of the handicapped and for getting them employment.
9. To take such measures as may be necessary or expedient for training welfare workers, volunteers and administrators for doing handicapped relief work, for carrying out the aims and objects of this Association.
10. To promote Integrated Education.
11. To acquire, sell, mortgage or dispose off property in accordance with the prevailing law.
12. The services of the association shall be open to all categories of people with disability covered by the PWD Act., 2016 and the National Trust Act, 1999.
13. To render direct services to all people with disability at all ages beginning from early childhood to old age and also those with social disabilities.
14. The services of the association shall be open to blind citizens without distinction of caste, creed or sex.
